Update!

Wow, its been a long time since I last updated! Sorry it's been so long! Well since I last posted anything we have moved into our own place in Clay Center and have been there 1 1/2 years! We love being on our own. The last year and half have been very challenging for us. Last year the end of March first part of April, when Michael and I were suppose to be moving into our new house I had to make an emergency trip to Nebraska as my Grandpa Richards was having emergency back surgery and we weren't sure if he would make it through surgery or not. Grandpa did make it through surgery but passed away 3 weeks later! This was on of the hardest times for me! I lost one of my heroes and best friends! I miss Grandpa every day but I gained one heck of a guardian angel! Things got better through the year and Michael, Reika, & I got to spend our first Christmas as a family in our own house! It was really nice! Then February of this year we found out that we were expecting. We were so excited to finally be adding another little one to our family but we got some bad news two weeks after we found out and found out that I was having a tubal pregnancy and that we had lost the baby. Very hard news for us but we talked and agreed that this was God's way of telling us that this was not the right time and that it will happen when it is meant to happen. And you know God was right cause two weeks after my miscarriage I fell and broke my ankle. I slipped at a friend's house as we were leaving and broke my ankle and ended up having to have surgery. When they were doing surgery they discovered that I tore 50% of my tendons and ligaments. Spent 3 1/2 months off work recovering and am now finally back to work full time and loving it. and in August we celebrated Reika's 5th birthday and she had her first sleep over with a friend here at the house. It was fun but man did those two girls were me out. They were up until after midnight and up at 7:30 am. Made for a very short night and a long next day...lol. Well, hopefully things keep getting better for us the rest of this year. Hope you are all doing okay. I will try to update more often
